Reservations:
This the tourist season in Kerala and generally, accommodation is reserved well in advance. We sincerely advice you to do the same. Travel vouchers will be handed over to you when you arrive at Cochin airport/railway station/bus stand - depending on how you travel to Cochin.

Reservations during the Christmas and New Year period, rates will vary and bookings are to be done 30 days in advance. No refund for cancellations.

• To 'block' the room, please pay 25% of the rate mentioned in advance
• Balance to be paid in full at least one week before you leave for Cochin
• In the event of any cancellations total amount less 15% will be refunded. For cancellations 48 hours prior to date of booking, 50% refund is applicable
