Talk Always - Call whenever, wherever

Call Alert - Take all your calls, even with the phone engaged
Now, whenever you're busy on the phone and there's an incoming call, your caller won't get a busy tone. At your end, there's a beep informing you about the incoming call. You can then check on your caller and decide to take the call or return to the previous one.

Selective Call Alert
You can choose up to 50 numbers of people that you know are important to you. So that when there are calls from these 50 numbers, you can be informed with a beep during your conversation.

Connect quickly to a frequently called number. Have the Hotline facility set to one preset number, where you will be connected within 5 seconds, without even dialling.

Abbreviated Dialing
No more dialing-up all those numbers. Or even trying to remember them. You just have to dial the 2 digit 'abbreviated code' to connect to the number.

Reminder Service
You can program your phone to call you back to remind you of your appointments, important events or even to wake you up. You can set up a Daily Reminder at a particular time or a Casual Reminder as and when you need it. And that's not all. You can also specify the days of the week when you want the service and the number of weeks you want a reminder.

Caller Identification - Know who's calling before you say 'hello'

Caller Line Identification (CLIP)
Identify the caller before you pick up your phone. With Caller Line Identification (CLIP) you'll have the telephone number of the caller, including the STD code displayed on the screen.

Malicious Call Identification
This feature allows you to identify the origin of malicious calls during or after a call. So you can say goodbye to nuisance calls forever.

Selective Ringing
This service allows you to assign a different ringing sequence to a pre-defined set of 50 numbers. So you know who's calling by just listening to the ring. It helps you to distinguish between important and non-important numbers.

Distinctive Ringing
A separate ringing sequence for local and STD / ISD calls allows you to identify outstation calls easily.

Three Party Conference - Talk simultaneously to two persons!
With this you can call two different telephone numbers at the same time. And if you are already answering an incoming call, you can dial another person to join in.

Remote Phone Management
With Remote Phone Management you can activate or de-activate local / STD / ISD calls on your phone from just any touchtel phone.

Dynamic Lock - Secure your phone calls
Dynamic lock allows you to lock STD / ISD and local calls selectively with a four digit password.

Explicit Call Transfer
The feature enables you to put a call on hold by pressing FLASH key, dial a third party number and have the two parties connected together. You will be out of the conversation and can make or receive calls.

Caller Non-ID
Prevent your number from being displayed to the recipient of your call, even if they have the caller-ID service on their mobile or landline phones. You can choose to display your number as and when you want.

Voice Mail - Meet your new secretary

You will never miss a call with touchtel's Voice Mail. It receives and saves messages when you can't take a call, allowing you to retrieve them later at your convenience, and even while on the move. What's more, this facility comes with your connection and not the instrument. Which means, you do not have to buy a special new instrument for this service.
