MURGH ADRAK KABABS
 Tender thigh pieces of chicken (boneless), marinated with a combination of fresh cream, curd, cashew nut, fresh ginger-garlic and selected masalas, done to perfection in a hot Tandoor, served with salad and lime. An ideal starter to set the mood before the main course arrives. A "not-so-spicy" dish that is a rarity in these parts, but of course, in Punjab. |

CHICKEN LABHABDAR
 Boneless pieces of soft and tender chicken, rich cream and nuggets of fine cashew, sprinkled with the finest variety of spices, fresh green leaves of mint and coriander, delicately cooked and served in a creamy butter and cashew based gravy. Just the right dish to combine with crisp tandoori rotis or soft phulkas. It's a matter of fine dining.
PANNER PUDINA
The vegetarian favourite combines soft pieces of fresh panner in a thick gravy of onions, tomato, cashew nut and that aromatic flavour of fresh garden mint (pudina). Deliciously right to balance a fine meal.
