"Karate" is a combination of two Japanese words, "Kara" meaning empty or open and "Te", meaning hand, and is therefore used to describe a style of unarmed combat. Karate is a martial art. But for many people it is a way of life. Through physical, spiritual training and discipline, Karate unifies the body and spirit and makes human life at once broader and deeper.

Sensei Ravi Carvalho is a Black Belt holder and the Branch Chief of International Karate Organisation. He has represented India in National and International expositions of the Art. This style is affiliated to the "International Karate Organisation", London.

At the Karate School, Sensei Ravi Carvalho personally assists his pupils in the finer points of this art. Besides, there are three professionally trained instructors working for him in imparting hand-on coaching of a structured course based on a well-planned syllabus.
