| | Build communication and collaboration across the globe with the functional Team Leaders in your three teams and the US and International European ADE team by participating in regular conference calls, monthly reviews and quarterly planning sessions. |

| | Work cross-functionally in India with all members in the office and be prepared to be an advocate and communicator to the team on a regular basis on positives and negatives on how the team is executing the plans. |

| | Individual must have a proven track record in managing an inbound response center and outbound/prospecting team utilizing the phone as the main tool for lead generation efforts. |
| | A strong Marketing and IT background with experience in implementing CRM tools is a big plus. |
| | Individual must be able to be a self-starter, with experience in being a "coach" to all individual contributors. |
| | A working knowledge of building good, quality prospect lists is a big plus. Experience in conducting marketing research is also a big benefit. |
| | Strong, working knowledge of the entire sales process is a must. A proven, track record of achieving success is really important. |
| | Strong written and verbal communications. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to handle multi-task activities on a daily basis. |
| | Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com or Siebel. |
