| | Responsible for inputting and maintaining all "points of touch" with prospect in the company CRM tool. |
| | Handle all "warming" of inbound inquiries that are generated by a marketing program and track value of the "potential prospect". |
| | Prepare reports on value of "marketing hooks/offers" and provide timely feedback to Corporate Customer Marketing teams and over time, become recognized for the geography expertise. |
| | Assist the Corporate Marketing Team in building a high quality prospect base that can be utilized by Corporate or field marketing to conduct additional marketing campaigns and programs. |

| | Ability to converse fluently in either the German, French or Spanish language in addition to English is required. |
| | Individual must have had 1-2 years of work experience in a call center, market research organization or customer service support environment where gathering of details around a contact were very important and part of their measurement for success. |
| | Ideal candidate will have a marketing degree with a focus in IT technology. |
| | A recent college graduate with excellent PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Internet search tools and capabilities will be a big plus. |
| | Individual must have a demonstrated ability to handle the pressure of handling a large volume of calls on a daily basis. |
| | Individual must be extremely detail oriented, willing to ask whatever questions are necessary to gather and compile key data points about a particular opportunity. |
| | Individual must have strong Microsoft Excel skills to track and report conversion rates of their efforts on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. |
| | Familiarity with weighting the values of contact prospect information, etc. would be helpful. |
| | Individual must have strong written and verbal communication skills and a real self-starter. |
| | Proven track record in achieving success in 1-2 years out of a school a plus. |
| | A high sales orientation is a plus. |
