The specialty is in the rice flour (like dosas) and dried under the bright West Coast sun as flakes and pappads. The rottis served here are specially brought from Mangalore.

For the curry choose from Seer, Pomphret or Lady Fish, which is cooked in true Mangalorean style in a coconut milk-base (Rosachi Kadi) or an onion-base gravy (Pivavachi Kadi). If the mood demands a Goan taste, opt for the hot and sour curry (Amshem Tikshem). The rice served could be a choice of White rice or Red Boiled rice from Mangalore.
