Some years ago, the drive down Hosur Road to Electronics City in suburban Bangalore was a nightmare. If it wasn't the dentist setting right your disarrayed teeth, perhaps it was the orthopedic fixing broken ribs and untangling mangled innards. Such was the miserable state of that road falling just short of being declared a war-affected zone.
Mercifully, things have changed. Even as the garden city of Bangalore gradually tears itself apart at the seams in heaps of concrete, chaos and corruption, Software companies in Electronics City are doing their bit to preserve the ecological balance and put the brakes on the color 'green' from reaching a point of extinction.
